  1. Hello,

This is Marco. My wife and I booked bromo- ijen- ketapang tour with you a couple of days ago. We got yesterday to Bali. We wanted to tell you this:
    - you said there was only one driver, but 5 minutes after we left Jonas at 1am, Santo picked up another guy saying he was the second driver because it is a long drive.
    - when he got to bromo Santo fell asleep in the jeep and he did not come with us or explain anything.
    - when we finished bromo. Santo left us and went back to Malang at around 9am. We were left with the second driver who DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.
    - before santo left us, we were pushed by him to do the blue fire. By that time we didn't understand why.
    - the restaurant he took us in was very EXPENSIVE. a simple nasi goreng with no meat or fish was 25.000 rp. Of course we didn't eat there.
    - when we got to Arabica. We tried to visit the coffee plantation. Santo said we can walk in. There was an entrance fee of 30.000 rp. We tried to call you but there was no signal. We didn't see any coffee plantation. Neither next day when it was planned to visit.
    - all four of us decided not to do blue fire. We woke up at 4. With the driver that apart from not speaking English he was not nice at all. He didn't come with us, again sleeping in the car.
    - we came back from ijen. He drove us to get the ferry. At 10 am we were at the ferry. We tried to explain him that we have to see a coffea plantation and a waterfall but he did not speak a word of English.
We understood why Santo and the second driver wanted us to do the blue fire. Because we would have finished much earlier. We would have been at the ferry by 7 am.

What you pay for 2 days and 1 night for almost a million rupia is 32 hours, no guide, no English speaker, no waterfall, no coffee plantation. What is even worse is that we are only accompanied by a person who DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH at all, and communication is impossible. This is a serious problem, especially if something happens and this person is supposed to protect us and help us.

You probably know all of this. Santo told us he does this 5 times a week. Cutting up the time of the tour is the only way to achieve this.

We are obviously very upset, and feel ROBBED, as we paid so much for a tour that was completely different from what YOU HAVE TOLD US, and what's WRITTEN on your brochure.

Will write this in a few blogs, including our own blog which is followed by many people. People will know and hopefully won't book with you anymore.

Please offer us a REFUND for all this, this is the minimum you can do.

    Regards

    Marco
